Faith, Resilience, and Da’wah: Completing My Practical Project with Alhamdulillah

Alhamdulillah…
Finally, my main project for the Messengers of Peace Academy has been submitted—right on the deadline! Although the organizers graciously extended the due date to allow us to refine and beautify our work to the best of our abilities, I’m relieved and grateful to have reached this milestone.
If we’ve been connected since early this year (around March-April), you might recall my post about earning my first certificate from the academy for the theoretical portion of their Online Da’wah Training Program. Back then, I was curious about how they would manage the practical component for an international, online cohort. Now, having gone through the process, I can confidently say it was handled with remarkable organization and care—two thumbs up!
To be honest, I initially deferred joining the practical session to the next batch. I received my notice in August, a time when my son and I were frequently in and out of clinics and on various medications. That period, though challenging, gave me the space to brainstorm and reflect deeply on what I truly wanted to achieve with this project. It also made me realize that balancing full-time motherhood with pursuing further studies is no small feat—but it’s not impossible.
For my submission, I’ve linked an online folder as the first part. Now, I’m adding a little more sparkle to it with an accompanying article, which I’ll be sharing here on LinkedIn. The cherry on top will be the final version of the documentation, tying everything together.
It’s been nearly three years since I transitioned to being a full-time stay-at-home mum. I never imagined that shifting back into the mindset of focusing on a project and executing it would feel so much like returning to a running track after recovering from surgery.
A little painful, yes—but because it’s familiar, it’s bearable.
This journey has been a testament to resilience, faith, and the beauty of growth, even in the most unexpected seasons of life. Alhamdulillah for every step of it.
