FLORILEGIUM is a personal study journal published for self-motivation on the seeking of beneficial knowledge. The owner (Farah) hopes that writing about her journey will help her pursue this venture and that the content would also motivate other sisters who are on the same path.

The domain comprises primarily of personal study notes and some internal musings about her seeking journey, plus a section where one could browse around some resources she often refers to.

florilège Press is also a part of the domain, hosted on BUY ME A COFFEE, which serves as an online shop for digital downloads and other affiliated products./services.

I loveeeeeee my sisters at Sisters’ Halaqah!!!

For the past 2 years and half, I have been praying to Allah for sisters in faith who are aiming for just ONE thing same with me: That is to live and love in this dunya fi sabilillah, with the end goal being Jannatul Firdaus (Ameeen.. ayR!).

It doesn’t matter where we are, what are our backgrounds, what our other worldly goals are, we don’t even know each other’s faces (most of us) because mashaallah… I’ve never been more proud to be part of a sisterhood that continuesly strive in their Hijab and/or seeking Ilm.

Now, I don’t feel alone with the personal struggle to do the same, especially as a revert.

In fact, because a number of us are doing the Alimah Program at Maryam Institute, sister Fara Rasiman will create a Halaqah weekly study sessions for it.

So if you want to do the course and have support system, now is the time in shaa’ Allah. Do join us!

Alimah Program by Maryam Institute: It’s not for the faint hearted.

POV: Sisters Halaqah sessions… sometimes on the desk, sometimes mobile, sometimes passed out in the middle of the late night sessions. Timezone issues are getting to me… but Alhamdulillah for everything.
